Ladder and Scaffold Training

Course Overview

This training program has been designed to prepare participants to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and understand the procedures to control these hazards.

Emphasis and practical exercises will focus on Frame Scaffolding.

Course Duration:  1 day

Who should attend?

Participants should include personnel required to perform the duties of Scaffold Erectors, Dismantlers or Users. 

Note: Participants must be physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent participation in strenuous, physical activity and/or work at heights.

Participants must possess good hand-eye co-ordination, a good sense of balance and have good physical strength (medically fit) with the ability to handle weights of upwards of 22 kg.
