Environmental agents that may contain harmful properties can pose health hazards to employees when they are exposed at work.
REL offers a variety of Industrial Hygiene Services to help mitigate employee exposure in environmental agents in the workplace. Industrial Hygiene Assessments are conducted to identify chemical, biological and physical agents that may be present in the workplace.
Assessments include a qualitative (observation) assessment of work practices and quantitative (air sampling) assessment of the agents to determine the potential exposure of workers and the level of risk to health.
