Front-Line Leadership and People Skills Training
In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing workplace, effective leadership is essential for front-line supervisors. This two-day interactive course is designed to strengthen the leadership and people skills needed to succeed in a supervisory role and drive organizational performance.
Participants will develop skills in:
- Understanding the challenges and impact of leadership
- Leading different personalities and generations
- Effective communication and conflict resolution
- Motivation and performance management
- Managing stress, energy, and mental health
- Recognizing unconscious bias and its impact on leadership
Each participant will receive their own DiSC personality profile, providing personalized insights into their leadership and communication style.
